The ethos and culture of ‘doing it right’ runs throughout Pallet-Track and that resonates strongly in me. I love the fact that our team and network members really care about what we do - it makes me smile every day.

I joined Pallet-Track in October 2022 to focus on improving efficiencies across the network to future-proof the business as it grows. Working for over 15 years in large complex service-driven businesses that have achieved the rapid expansion of multi-million-pound contracts and implemented fast-paced change stands me in good stead for the work here. While we are delivering high-quality service for our members and customers, we want to further improve our service proposition to further exceed expectations.
